What data we collect

We do not actively collect any personal data. The portal has no registration forms, comments, or surveys. The only way to get in touch is via email — if you write to us, your email address will be used solely to reply to you.

Browser storage and cookies

The portal only saves your theme preference (light/dark) in your browser (localStorage). This data remains exclusively on your device and is not sent to any server. In order to remember your language preferences, one essential functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) is stored in your browser. This cookie is not used for tracking and is solely used to display the page in your chosen language. You can change or withdraw your privacy settings and consent to non-essential cookies at any time in your browser settings; currently, the portal does not use analytical or marketing cookies.

Hosting and server logs

The portal is hosted on the Vercel platform. Vercel may automatically collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) for security and diagnostic purposes. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and proper functioning of the portal (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data transfers to third countries

Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection for data transferred from the EU to the United States. Where required by law, transfers are additionally secured by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or other appropriate protection mechanisms. More information: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Data retention period

Email correspondence is stored until the matter is resolved and then deleted. Server logs kept by Vercel are retained in accordance with Vercel's data retention policy. The theme preference stored in your browser's localStorage remains on your device until you clear your browser data.

Visual assets

Visual assets and illustrations used on the homepage and in the brand imagery sections of the portal were created with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

Your rights

In accordance with data protection regulations (including GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing — to the extent provided by law.
